Jean-Philippe Malric is the founder and principal of Pro Sea Staff - cruise job agency. Jean-Philippe worked for 11 years for Princess Cruises as Director of Recruitment based in Princess Cruises headquarters in California. Prior to launching the cruise ship recruitment agency Pro Sea Staff, Jean-Philippe also worked for Disney in Paris. All Pro Sea Staff cruise recruitment employees have either worked at sea or worked for cruise lines prior to joining the team.

Cristina Maria Ferreira joined Pro Sea Staff in 2014 as the area Manager for Pro Sea Staff in Portugal. Cristina Maria is a recruitment professional with extensive experience in the area. Prior to joining Pro Sea Staff Cristina Maria's experience in recruiting was based in the Retail Business area working for large international brands in Portugal overseeing the recruitment of personnel. Cristina Maria is always determined to follow the high standards of the cruise lines Pro Sea Staff has established       relationships with and is committed to building strong relationships with her candidates.
