Jean-Philippe worked for 11 years for Princess Cruises as Director of Recruitment based in Princess Cruises headquarters in California. Prior to launching the cruise employment agency Pro Sea Staff, Jean-Philippe worked for the Disney company in Paris. All Pro Sea Staff employees have either worked at sea or worked for cruise lines prior to joining the recruitment team.
